To complete our international team we are looking for a:


Head of Ecosystem Sales (w/m/d) 


Your tasks


  • You are responsible for the hypergrowth of our sales through digital ecosystem partners (e.g., booking portals, payment providers, online retailers, etc.)
  • Together with your team – that you assemble from scratch – you build a network of digital ecosystem partners for ONE
  • You are ONE’s face towards big tech players globally
  • You negotiate with ecosystems and manage projects to establish a strategic partnership
  • You develop innovative ideas on products and services that seamlessly fit into the partners’ customer journeys
  • You draw on our internal actuarial, legal, and tech resources to come up with solutions that fit our partners’ needs and enable ONE to grow profitably
  • You continuously manage our ecosystem partners and implement even better solutions to optimize the cooperation
  • You build and lead the team you need to achieve our stretch targets
  • You report directly into the ONE CEO



  • You have had success in sales to ecosystems
  • You feel comfortable with developing solutions from ground up
  • You must adapt to the partners’ systems and processes and develop tailor made solutions
  • Excellent market knowledge and a solid network in the tech environment
  • You manage complex technical projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • You create followership through your strong personality
  • You easily familiarise with new topics such as functionality and economics of insurance products 
  • Building and managing your own team stimulate you – you enjoy developing employees, motivate and promote your team
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality
